About Us

Contacts & Compacts is the brainchild of event producer, Cathy Moore.  Her vision was to provide an avenue for all women -- from all career paths --- to have time, once a month, focused on them both personally and professionally. "We just don't take enough time for ourselves.  It's important to do that" Moore comments.  "The positive energy that pours from this group is so inviting.  It's a big reason why "C&Cers" come back month after month, and while we continue to attract new interest in our group every day."

Contacts & Compacts is a connection group.  Everyone needs connections -- no matter what "job title" they hold in life.  C&C is a comfortable, welcoming place.  Many people come by themselves the first time and come back month after month to meet their new friends and business contacts.

Contacts & Compacts offers monthly exhibitor spaces showcasing women owned or managed businesses or companies that offer products and/or services of interest to women. The booth space is kept affordable so any woman can take advantage of the opportunity to put her business in the spotlight.

Our monthly guest speakers offer a variety of topics.  We've had presenters speaking about feng shui, body language and cosmetic surgery to an array of authors with great life lessons to share with us

Cathy has always been involved with volunteering.  In addition to working full time, managing a home, 2 kids, a husband, 4 cats and 1 turtle...she knows the importance of getting involved with your community.  Each month Contacts & Compacts donates an exhibitor space to a local non-profit organization.  There are so many worthwhile causes, right in our own backyards.  They all need our help. They need our time, talent and donations.  C&C offers these organizations website exposure, inclusion in event marketing and table space at the event to advertise any upcoming events, fundraisers or distribute literature about their services and maybe attract some volunteers to help them.

We build each gathering with the same foundation --- but we're not afraid to have fun and mix things up a bit each month.  Contacts & Compacts is your time to meet, mix and mingle with other great women just like you.  We're growing rapidly.  We hope you'll join us!
