Chris Makall and fellow C&Cer Heather Nieves. (notice Heather's sporting a strand of green mardi gras networking beads. The group had opportunities to collect beads throughout the night to win prizes and have some fun! "Remember, it's not what you know, it's who's in your network"

"Director of Fun", Cathy Moore speaks to the crowds at the October "Halloween Edition" of Contacts & Compacts. Everyone was encouraged to "come as their career".

Several C&Cers took us up on the offer to comer as your career. They were each entered to win a gift certificate to A New Beginning Salon & Spa in Bethel. Such a talented group of women representing careers in art, photography, sign language, multi-taskers and kitchen designers.

Alex from the Women's Center of Greater Danbury displayed many of the special events and programs the Center offers to the community. The Women's Center was our Contacts & Compacts Charity of Choice for the month of October.

Our guest speaker, Author Prill Boyle, encouraged us to dare to be whatever we want to be. Success is not bound by age. Her book, Defying Gravity, shares stories of 12 "late bloomers" - women who achieved success later in life (including a woman who became a flight attendant at age 71)

Our broomstick races for a lot of fun. Rita Marie Bryant from Pure Hearts Healing Light Center takes the lead as she flies across the finish line.

Elpida Joyce from Visions of Hope shops with her friend Mary at the Patricia's Presents booth. Patti always brings a variety of gifts and accessories at great prices.

Event producer, Cathy Moore with her event "partner in crime" Gail. We had a great time adding a fun twist to this month's Contacts & Compacts gathering.

Lucy from Wachovia "A Wells Fargo Company" is banking that she'll win the broomstick race

On your mark....get set....FLY!

Deborah from Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen is ready to design a kitchen that really cooks.
